Senior User Acquisition Manager – Meta Ads (Web & App)

About the role

Social Discovery Group is seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager to lead Meta advertising efforts for two dating products. You will manage both app and web acquisition funnels, driving growth across multiple markets while working remotely with a global team.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and scale Facebook and Instagram campaigns for two similar dating products.
• Own campaign performance: analyze metrics, optimize budgets, improve ROI/CPA/CPI, and scale traffic efficiently.
• Develop and test growth hypotheses across audiences, GEOs, placements, ad formats, landing pages, and creative angles.
• Collaborate with the creative team to research competitors, generate creative briefs, and evaluate creative performance.
• Build structured reporting and automate campaign management using rules, tools, and scalable solutions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Meta/Facebook Ads, preferably in high‑volume B2C sectors such as dating, gaming, or entertainment.
• Experience managing monthly budgets of at least $100k, with the ability to scale up to $400‑$500k.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data tools (Google Sheets/Excel, GA4, internal analytics/CRM).
• Fluent Russian and proficient English for documentation and tool usage.
