Strategy Analyst

About the role

The Strategy Analyst will support the Strategic Growth and Partnerships (SGP) team and other SRM groups by creating clear, audience‑focused communications, presentations and briefing materials. Reporting to the Strategic Initiatives Associate Director, the role bridges data, market insights and organizational information to produce compelling content for internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop briefs, presentations, talking points and other communication products that align with resource‑mobilization plans and priority funder interests.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs from multiple teams into concise, audience‑appropriate messaging.
• Prepare executive‑ready materials for leadership forums, board discussions and external engagements.
• Coordinate with the Impact Office Communications Department to ensure consistency with organizational style and messaging.
• Maintain organized source materials, drafts and supporting documentation for assigned projects.
• Assist with follow‑up research, project tasks and timeline coordination for strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong ability to translate data and insights into clear, compelling narratives.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
