VVIP Cabin Crew

About the role

We are seeking a polished, discreet and service‑driven Cabin Crew professional with extensive experience in private/VVIP aviation. The role involves delivering an exceptional, highly personalised onboard experience for high‑profile passengers, from pre‑flight preparation through to post‑flight duties, while maintaining the highest safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out all safety and emergency duties in line with applicable regulations and company procedures.
• Coordinate catering, menu planning and special passenger requests with premium catering providers.
• Prepare the cabin prior to passenger arrival and maintain impeccable cabin presentation throughout the flight.
• Deliver restaurant‑level food and beverage service, including preparation, plating and presentation of meals onboard.
• Manage onboard supplies, inventory and cabin equipment.

Required profile

• Proven experience as Cabin Crew within Private / VIP / VVIP aviation, including large‑cabin business jets.
• Fluency in English and Russian (spoken and written).
• Strong organisational, communication and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Absolute discretion, confidentiality and professionalism.
• Legal right to work in the country of employment and ability to hold required travel documents.

Required skills

• Valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA) – preferred.
• Wine knowledge and confidence in selection, pairing, presentation and service (formal sommelier training is an advantage).
• Understanding of international cuisine, premium ingredients and dietary requirements, including allergens.

What we offer

• Roster: 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off.
• Aircraft base: Worldwide.
