Web3 Trading Educator & Content Creator

About the role

This position focuses on creating accessible educational material about Web3, digital‑asset markets, and trading fundamentals. You will produce articles, short videos, live sessions and other formats that help users learn responsibly.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and publish educational content on Web3, market literacy, trading basics, and risk awareness through various media.
• Deliver learning‑oriented sessions, live talks, Q&A events, workshops, and community activities.
• Research responsibly, use credible sources, distinguish facts from opinions, and clearly communicate uncertainty and risk.
• Maintain an engaging content presence that aligns with editorial standards and audience needs.
• Gather audience feedback, facilitate constructive discussion, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Utilise approved content, social‑media, and AI tools while ensuring fact‑checking and compliance review.
• Adhere to platform policies, legal requirements, and internal review processes, avoiding misleading promotion or handling of user assets.

Required profile

• Background in content creation, education, media, Web3, fintech or related fields; portfolio or samples may be requested.
• Strong interest in Web3 and digital‑asset education with awareness of market volatility and user protection.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex topics in writing, on camera, or live.
• Ability to organise information, verify sources, separate educational commentary from promotional claims, and follow editorial guidelines.
• Collaborative, user‑focused attitude and willingness to work with operations, moderation and other teams.
• Comfort with or willingness to learn common content‑production, social‑media, community‑management and AI tools.
• Commitment to compliance, confidentiality and applicable legal/regulatory standards.
• Professionalism and reliability in meeting responsibilities and timelines.
