CMS Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced CMS Developer to design, build, and maintain custom content management systems such as WordPress, Drupal, or Craft CMS. The role is fully remote and focuses on creating scalable, secure, and high‑performing web experiences that align with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create, manage, and scale customized CMS applications, including custom themes, modules, and plugins.
• Implement responsive designs, ensure cross‑browser compatibility, and conduct performance tuning.
• Set up custom post types and fields to provide an intuitive editing experience for non‑technical users.
• Maintain site security, handle backups, updates, and user authentication.
• Apply technical SEO best practices and integrate third‑party APIs, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
• Collaborate daily with UI/UX designers, back‑end developers, and content stakeholders.
• Produce clean code and comprehensive technical documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of professional software development with a strong focus on CMS platforms.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and communicate via project‑management tools.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills with attention to design accuracy.
