Cost Optimization Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Cost Optimization Manager to lead analytical and operational initiatives that drive efficiency across our global social discovery platforms. This remote position works closely with cross‑functional teams to identify cost‑saving opportunities and implement strategic improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage operational and analytical tasks from goal setting through execution and result control.
• Analyze statistics, reports, and partner performance metrics to uncover cost‑optimization opportunities.
• Develop and implement cost‑optimisation strategies in collaboration with internal and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Support and manage partners in Bitrix CRM, handling complex and non‑standard requests.
• Contribute to the improvement of partner‑related processes, tools, and internal guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve shared efficiency and cost‑optimisation goals.

Required profile

• English B2+ and Russian C1+ language proficiency; Chinese B2+ is a plus.
• Proficient with Google Suite, Excel, and general PC usage.
• Strong teamwork, problem‑solving, negotiation, critical thinking, and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to devise professional solutions across a range of situations.
