About the role

Faro Health is seeking a senior Customer Strategy Director to lead ecosystem programs that connect business strategy, clinical development, AI, and data technology. This remote, full‑time position will guide multi‑dimensional customer initiatives from concept through execution, helping life‑science organizations achieve measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic, multi‑disciplinary customer programs that span data architecture, analytics, statistics, and complex clinical workflows.
• Act as the bridge between business leaders and technical specialists, translating requirements and driving decision‑making.
• Define new capabilities, operating models, and integration strategies for disparate technology and data ecosystems.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a management consultant, strategic advisor, or customer transformation leader.
• Strong executive‑level relationship and consulting skills.
• Background in data and analytics within the life‑science or clinical development sector.
