About the role

We are looking for an Event Planner to take part in simulated client‑event planner dialogues that help train our AI models. You will work remotely, documenting planning workflows and providing feedback to improve system responses.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in realistic, scenario‑based conversations with virtual clients to model event planning interactions.
• Document event planning workflows, challenges encountered, and solutions applied.
• Analyze client requirements and outline step‑by‑step planning procedures.
• Identify common hurdles and propose creative problem‑solving approaches.
• Deliver structured feedback that enhances AI performance.
• Produce clear, professional written content for virtual interactions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in event planning and client communication.
• Strong problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and virtual meetings.
• Background in training or professional development is a plus.
