Freelance Counsellor – Remote Flexible Role

About the role

Pulso is seeking licensed therapists, psychologists, and experienced life coaches to join its global network as freelance counsellors. You will provide confidential, digital mental‑health support to employees of organisations worldwide, helping them manage stress, anxiety, career challenges, and relationship issues.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver one‑on‑one counselling sessions via Pulso’s digital platform.
• Address a range of mental‑health concerns, including stress, anxiety, and workplace wellbeing.
• Adapt session times to accommodate clients across different time zones and cultures.
• Maintain accurate session records in compliance with confidentiality standards.
• Participate in optional training and professional‑development activities offered by Pulso.

Required profile

• Licensed therapist, psychologist, or certified life coach.
• Passion for improving mental health and employee wellbeing.
• Ability to work flexibly and remotely.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
