Head of Marketing & Communications

About the role

Garden3d is seeking a Head of Marketing & Communications to shape and share the story of its diverse portfolio of brands across the internet. The role is fully remote, allowing the candidate to work from anywhere while collaborating closely with the founder and president.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall digital narrative for garden3d and its sub‑brands (Sanctuary Computer, XXIX, Index Space, USB Club).
• Craft distinct voices and audience strategies for each brand, ensuring consistent quality and relevance.
• Decide what content is produced, where it is published, and whether it meets the organization’s standards.
• Partner with the founder & president to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Oversee the creation, distribution, and performance tracking of all online communications.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading marketing and communications for multiple brands or a portfolio of products.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate brand values into compelling digital content.
• Comfortable working remotely and coordinating across globally distributed teams.
• Excellent collaboration skills, especially with senior leadership.
