Lead AI Generative Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Lead AI Generative Designer to own and elevate the quality of AI‑generated visual content for our social discovery platforms. This fully remote, full‑time position will guide the creation of realistic, high‑volume images of models, avatars and AI personas, driving both visual polish and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end quality of AI‑generated images, continuously improving realism, consistency and approval rates.
• Design, build and optimise scalable generative AI pipelines using tools such as Nano Banana Pro, Flux, ChatGPT, ComfyUI, WaveSpeed and emerging platforms.
• Automate large‑scale content production with batch generation, workflow orchestration (ComfyUI, n8n), APIs and simple scripts to reduce manual effort.
• Define technical direction for AI image generation, align multiple content streams, establish best practices and transition from ad‑hoc generation to a reliable production system.
• Explore, test and evaluate new AI models, tools and techniques, implementing only those that improve speed, quality, scalability or cost efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience creating realistic AI‑generated visual content, especially people, models or avatars.
• Senior‑level ownership mindset: able to build processes, think in systems, work independently and make practical decisions in a fast‑changing AI environment.
• Excellent visual taste with deep understanding of realism, anatomy, lighting, composition and artifact mitigation.
