Valuation Expert – Liberia

About the role

We are seeking a Valuation Expert to lead mass property appraisal and valuation modeling projects in Liberia. The successful candidate will apply advanced spatial data techniques to support accurate property tax assessments and land tenure analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct large‑scale property appraisals using spatial data and valuation models.
• Develop and maintain valuation models that reflect Liberia’s property tax laws and regulatory frameworks.
• Analyze land tenure systems and ensure compliance with local taxation regulations.
• Prepare detailed appraisal reports and present findings to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Valuation, Civil/Architectural Engineering, Economics, Real Estate, or Land Economy.
• Professional certification in property valuation (e.g., RICS, CVA) is an advantage.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in mass property appraisal and valuation modeling.
• Familiarity with Liberia’s property tax laws, land tenure systems, and related regulatory frameworks.
