About the role

The Business Development Manager (KOL) will drive growth of contract trading volume and liquidity on our cryptocurrency platform. You will build and nurture relationships with market makers, institutional clients, brokers and ecosystem projects to expand our user base.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase contract trading volume and platform liquidity.
  • Identify, approach and secure partnerships with market makers, institutional clients, brokers and ecosystem projects.
  • Negotiate and close deals to onboard new users and trading communities.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity and user feedback to optimise product offerings.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing and operations teams to boost product adoption and user engagement.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences and online forums to raise brand visibility.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development progress, revenue impact and market insights.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field (MBA a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales or partnerships within cryptocurrency exchanges, fintech or derivatives trading.
  • Proven track record of achieving trading‑volume growth, partnership acquisition or revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of cryptocurrency derivatives (perpetual swaps, futures, options) and trading mechanisms.
  • Strong network within the crypto industry, including traders, institutions and liquidity providers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills in English.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable in a fast‑paced, remote‑friendly environment.
