Senior TikTok User Acquisition Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior TikTok User Acquisition Manager to own and scale TikTok campaigns for our core dating portfolio, primarily targeting the USA and other Tier‑1 markets. This remote, full‑time position focuses on driving growth through data‑driven media buying and creative optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Own TikTok UA for web funnels across products such as Dating.com and DateMyAge.
• Plan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns with monthly spends of $200k–$300k+.
• Build and maintain account structures, tracking setups, domains, whitelists, and payment flows.
• Run a structured creative testing loop: hypothesis, iteration, learning, and scaling.
• Develop automation improvements (rules, scripts, third‑party integrations) and document best practices.

Required profile

• Hands‑on TikTok UA experience in web/B2C markets, with proven success in the USA and other Tier‑1 regions.
• Budget ownership at $100k+/month (ideally $200k+/month) with strong performance focus (CPA, ROAS, LTV).
• Deep understanding of Facebook advertising best practices and ability to execute 70‑80% of tasks while providing 20‑30% channel leadership.
• Experience with automation tools and practical knowledge of AI‑driven creative workflows.
