AI Product Engineer - Backend

About the role

We are looking for an AI Product Engineer focused on backend development to help shape the next generation of AI agents within our project‑management platform. You will work closely with the founder and CTO to design, build, and ship AI‑driven features that automate creative and strategic workflows for thousands of agency teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and iterate AI‑agent prototypes that transform client briefs into structured project setups.
• Ship end‑to‑end LLM‑powered features, from concept to real users.
• Integrate large language models via OpenAI and Anthropic APIs, handling tool‑calling, streaming, and retrieval‑augmented generation.
• Co‑own the backend infrastructure built on C#.NET, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with product teams to understand customer requirements, prioritize work, and deliver to early adopters.
• Treat prompts as code: write, test, evaluate, and continuously improve them.
• Identify new opportunities where autonomous agents can add value.

Required profile

• Strong interest in AI and product development.
• Ability to work autonomously and iterate quickly based on feedback.
• Comfortable participating in product discussions, not just pure delivery.
