About the role

We are looking for an Equity Strategist who lives and breathes stock investing, global economics and geopolitics. You will join a team of nine highly skilled colleagues responsible for the strategic positioning and portfolio management of both listed and unlisted equities within our total equity portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct equity‑strategic analyses and generate investment ideas for both active and passive strategies.
• Support the selection and monitoring of external equity managers across active, passive and systematic approaches.
• Assist in the day‑to‑day management of the overall equity portfolio, including risk assessment and ESG considerations.
• Produce ad‑hoc and regular market reports covering return potential, valuation, regional, sector and style factors.
• Participate in the full investment process from idea generation through analysis, decision‑making and implementation.

Required profile

• Strong interest in equity markets, macro‑economics and geopolitical developments.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate investment opportunities and manager performance.
• Experience in manager selection is a plus, but not mandatory – training will be provided.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a proactive, high‑ambition team.
