Director - Client Leadership

About the role

WPP Media is seeking a Director of Client Leadership to shape strategic client relationships and drive transformational growth for leading brands. You will operate within an AI‑driven media ecosystem, leveraging data, intelligence and the WPP Open platform to deliver personalised media solutions at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client strategy development and execution across media, data and partnership initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of campaigns and measurable ROI.
• Champion WPP Media’s core values by fostering an open, trust‑based environment for both clients and internal teams.
• Drive business development, identify growth opportunities and expand the agency’s footprint with existing and new clients.
• Represent WPP Media in senior client meetings, presenting insights and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in media, advertising or marketing agencies.
• Strong track record of managing high‑value client portfolios and delivering results.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to inspire and lead multidisciplinary teams in a fast‑changing environment.
