About the role

The Production Assistant will support cross‑functional teams in managing project finances, vendor relations and operational logistics. This role ensures smooth day‑to‑day operations and helps keep projects on schedule and within budget, particularly within a gaming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with various departments to track project budgets and expenses.
• Work closely with vendors to obtain cost‑effective solutions.
• Coordinate travel logistics for team members attending events.
• Monitor costs and identify potential savings opportunities.
• Maintain organized project documentation and administrative records.
• Identify and mitigate risks that could affect timelines or outcomes.
• Support smooth operational logistics and onboarding processes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a back‑office, administrative or assistant role.
• Strong multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Awareness of legal and compliance matters.
• Passion for the gaming industry.
