Senior Product Analyst (AI Product)

About the role

Social Discovery Group is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to drive data‑driven growth for its AI‑powered social discovery products. You will work remotely with cross‑functional product and marketing teams to uncover insights, test hypotheses, and improve key metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities and formulate hypotheses to boost product performance.
• Design, run, and analyse A/B tests and causal inference studies.
• Detect anomalies and investigate deviations in product and business metrics.
• Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reporting tools.
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to product and marketing stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of statistical testing, causal inference, and product metrics such as LTV, CPA, retention, and conversion.
• Ability to translate data findings into clear business impact.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Russian, both written and verbal.
• High ownership, autonomy, and focus on measurable results.

Required skills

• Python for data analysis, segmentation, clustering, and basic machine‑learning models.
• Advanced SQL, including window functions and query optimisation.
• Experience with A/B testing frameworks and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Superset, Tableau or Power BI.
