Associate Director, Client Services

About the role

WPP Media is seeking an Associate Director to lead its Client Services function. In this senior position you will shape client relationships, drive strategic media solutions and champion the agency’s culture of collaboration and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop client service teams to deliver integrated media, data and partnership solutions.
• Own the client relationship lifecycle, ensuring strategic alignment and measurable performance.
• Collaborate with media planning, data analytics and partnership groups to create personalized, AI‑driven campaigns.
• Promote WPP Media’s core values by fostering trust, creativity and optimistic leadership across the enterprise.
• Represent the agency with clients, presenting insights, results and growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in client services, media or marketing environments.
• Strong strategic thinking with a track record of delivering transformational growth for leading brands.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, able to inspire and influence stakeholders.
