Associate Financial Modelling & Stock Market Analyst

About the role

The Associate Financial Modelling & Stock Market Analyst supports the company through the entire IPO lifecycle, from prospectus preparation to post‑listing valuation monitoring. The role combines corporate finance, valuation, and risk analysis to ensure successful market entry and ongoing shareholder relations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare valuations for portfolio and pipeline projects.
• Develop and maintain financial models for the company.
• Coordinate the preparation of financial statements with the accounting team.
• Identify and assess project‑related threats and security measures.
• Manage all flotation stages, including pre‑IPO, IPO, and merger processes.
• Oversee valuation activities before securities are listed on exchanges.
• Design plans to optimise relationships between shareholders and the company.
• Prepare the prospectus and represent the company in meetings with capital‑market institutions.
• Support internal control managers and liaise with external auditors.

Required profile

• University degree in economics or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of securities markets, liquidity management, company valuation and financial reporting.
• Approximately 1 year of corporate finance experience.
• Hands‑on experience with all IPO stages and at least 2‑3 completed deals.
