About the role

The Connections Pastor serves as Alderwood's chief connector, joining the Ministry Leadership Team full‑time. This people‑first role guides newcomers into deeper community and mission, overseeing adult discipleship, small groups, and both local and global outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Lead adult discipleship programs and small‑group ministries.
• Oversee local and international mission initiatives.
• Support ministries for seniors, classic congregants, and Alderwood Español.
• Collaborate with pastors, directors, and volunteers to nurture spiritual growth.
• Develop clear pathways for members to engage in service and mission.
