Cost Optimisation Specialist – Remote (Chinese)

About the role

Social Discovery Group is seeking a Cost Optimisation Specialist to drive efficiency across its global social‑discovery platforms. The role is fully remote and focuses on analysing partner performance, implementing cost‑saving strategies, and supporting CRM operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage operational and analytical tasks from goal setting through execution and result control.
• Analyse statistics, reports, and partner performance metrics to identify cost optimisation opportunities.
• Develop and implement cost optimisation strategies in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Support and manage partners in Bitrix CRM, handling complex and non‑standard requests.
• Contribute to the improvement of partner‑related processes, tools, and internal guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve shared efficiency goals.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (B2+), Russian (C1+), and Chinese (B2+).
• Strong teamwork, problem‑solving, negotiation, critical thinking, and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to devise professional solutions across diverse situations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Suite.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience using Bitrix CRM.
• General PC competency.
