Creative Producer – Performance Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Producer to lead the full creative production pipeline for our user‑acquisition (UA) team. You will shape video, static, and GIF ad assets as well as landing‑page experiences that drive engagement across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own concept, development, and delivery of 100+ ad creatives per month (video, static, GIF).
• Manage end‑to‑end landing‑page/funnel creation (quizzes, one‑pagers, interactive formats) – roughly 20 releases per month – coordinating in‑house developers and designers.
• Research and prototype new creative concepts and formats beyond incoming briefs.
• Analyze creative and campaign performance data to decide what to scale, pause, or iterate.
• Oversee freelance creative teams and agencies, ensuring high‑quality delivery.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience as a creative producer or in a similar production role, preferably in mobile gaming, iGaming, or B2C digital products.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑based creative generation tools and mobile‑first ad formats for Meta and TikTok.
• Proven ability to write creative briefs/scripts and edit photo/video assets (sourcing footage, music, graphics).
• Fluent English (B2+), native speaker strongly preferred.
• Comfortable creating and discussing explicit/adult content – a hard filter for this role.
