Creative Producer – Performance Marketing

About the role

Social Discovery Group (SDG) creates social entertainment platforms that connect people worldwide. We are seeking a Creative Producer to lead the end‑to‑end production of performance‑marketing assets for user‑acquisition campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full creative production cycle for UA ads on Meta, TikTok and Google, from brief to final assets.
• Translate data‑backed ideas into clear briefs and provide reasoned feedback to creators.
• Develop creative strategy using market analysis tools and internal UA reports.
• Maintain a library of best‑practice assets and give freelancers and agencies detailed guidelines.
• Partner with UA teams to define hypotheses, testing plans and align priorities for rapid iteration.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in performance‑marketing creative production.
• Portfolio demonstrating high‑performing creatives with significant UA spend.
• Strong understanding of UA metrics (CR, CPA, ROAS) and how creative influences performance.
• Excellent organizational, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI creative‑production tools such as Nano Banana, Seedance, Veo and Kling.
• Knowledge of classic production pipelines for UGC and AI‑UGC content.
• Ability to work with user‑acquisition metrics (conversion rate, cost‑per‑acquisition, return on ad spend).
