About the role
ClinAds is an AI-first growth platform helping healthcare practices get discovered across major AI and search platforms. We are looking for a Growth & Outbound Intern to work closely with the founding team and help expand our customer pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and build lists of prospective healthcare practices.
- Run outbound campaigns across email and LinkedIn.
- Research decision‑makers and generate qualified leads.
- Experiment with new customer acquisition channels.
- Help automate outbound and lead‑generation workflows.
- Automate and manage social media posting and engagement.
- Track outreach performance and continuously improve messaging.
Required profile
- Scrappy, fast‑moving, and comfortable figuring things out independently.
- Strong written English and communication skills.
- Interest in startups, AI, growth, or sales.
- Comfortable using AI tools and learning new software quickly.
- Experience with tools like Apollo, Clay, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Make/Zapier, or social media automation is a plus.
