CRM Manager

About the role

vMax Global is seeking a proactive, data‑driven CRM Manager to lead and optimise customer relationship strategies across its iGaming and sweepstakes products. You will own the full CRM lifecycle, from acquisition to win‑back, driving loyalty and revenue growth in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a holistic CRM strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Design, implement and optimise customer journeys and automated workflows across email, SMS, push and in‑app messaging.
• Implement advanced segmentation and personalisation to deliver targeted offers.
• Plan, launch and analyse CRM campaigns, loyalty programmes and re‑engagement initiatives.
• Manage and optimise CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze or Iterable.
• Conduct A/B testing and continuous optimisation of campaign elements.
• Monitor and report on key metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion, churn, LTV) and translate insights for cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, development, data analytics and support to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA and industry‑specific communication regulations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in a CRM Manager or similar role with a proven track record.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
• Experience in the iGaming, sweepstakes or related online entertainment sectors.
• Self‑motivated, performance‑focused and comfortable working in a high‑growth environment.
