Join Butler Byers as a Customer Service Representative in our fast‑growing insurance team. You’ll deliver top‑notch service, create positive client experiences, and help solve problems with creativity and precision.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive client experience.
• Handle inquiries using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Utilise the Brokerage Management System (sigXP) and Applied rating where applicable.
• Obtain the required Level 1 SK Property & Casualty License within 90 days of hire.
• Collaborate with team members and work independently to meet service goals.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Detail‑oriented, highly organised and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Creative problem‑solver who can think outside the box.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a close‑knit team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• Experience in customer service or an insurance‑related role.
• Familiarity with Brokerage Management System (sigXP) and Applied rating is a plus.
