Data, Economic & Impact Analyst (Non-Key Expert)

About the role

NTU International is preparing a proposal for the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme (AESPP Boost). The role supports data and economic analysis, monitoring and evaluation, impact assessment, evidence synthesis, indicator monitoring and results reporting under the programme.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct data and economic analysis to inform programme decisions.
• Monitor and evaluate programme activities and outcomes.
• Perform impact assessments and synthesize evidence from quantitative and qualitative sources.
• Develop and maintain indicators, dashboards and performance reports.
• Prepare results reporting and contribute to evidence‑based policy dialogue.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three years) in statistics, economics, data analytics, social sciences or a related field.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
• At least three years of professional experience in data analysis, economic analysis, surveys, reporting or indicator monitoring.
• Minimum one year of experience supporting MEL, evaluation or impact assessment, including quantitative and qualitative analysis and dashboard preparation.
