High Voltage Site Engineer – Renewables

About the role

Join Semco Maritime as a High Voltage Site Engineer in the Renewables Division. You will be part of a skilled Execution & Planning Team, working on offshore substations and high‑voltage projects worldwide while contributing to the global energy transition.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise installation, testing and commissioning teams of 5‑15 members on on‑shore and off‑shore sites.
• Act as the primary liaison between headquarters engineering and construction sites across Vietnam, Taiwan, Poland and the US.
• Manage project schedules and budgets for the high‑voltage scope, ensuring timely and cost‑effective delivery.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues on site and coordinate with engineering, subcontractors and clients.
• Promote and uphold a strong safety culture throughout all project activities.

Required profile

• Proactive, organized professional comfortable handling multiple tasks and stakeholder interactions.
• Leadership mindset with a safety‑first attitude and a passion for sustainable energy solutions.
• Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 150‑200 days per year) and work on rotating schedules.
• Background as an electrician or engineer, capable of hands‑on high‑voltage work.
