Insurance Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for an Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service to clients, handling inquiries, and supporting the insurance brokerage operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide top‑notch customer service and ensure a positive client experience.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and internal communication tools.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) to manage documentation and data.
• Operate the Brokerage Management System (sigXP) and Applied rating tools when required.
• Obtain a Level 1 SK Property & Casualty License within 90 days of hire.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Detail‑oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and obtain necessary insurance licensing.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Experience in customer service or an insurance‑related role.
• Familiarity with Brokerage Management System (sigXP) and Applied rating is a plus.
