About the role

We are looking for a motivated Engineer‑Designer to lead the development of shelving system projects for warehouse facilities. You will be responsible for the full design cycle, from preliminary site surveys to the preparation of construction documents and support during installation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complete design projects and specific sections related to structural shelving systems.
• Conduct pre‑design surveys of warehouse spaces and gather all necessary data.
• Prepare technical assignments and develop detailed design solutions.
• Perform load calculations for standard and mezzanine shelving structures.
• Create and maintain drawings and 3D models using CAD tools.
• Prepare documentation for installation, support the installation team, and provide technical consultation.
• Develop new components, perform strength calculations, and design non‑standard parts as needed.
• Collaborate with equipment suppliers and prepare technical specifications.
• Identify optimisation opportunities for warehouse systems and propose cost‑effective improvements.

Required profile

• Higher engineering education (civil, mechanical or related).
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar design role.
• Attention to detail, ambition, persistence and good communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Experience using Компас (Kompas) and NanoCAD.
• Good command of Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with APM WinMachine is a plus.
• Valid driver’s licence and personal vehicle are advantageous.
