Maintenance Technician – Multifamily Housing

About the role

RADCO is looking for a motivated Maintenance Technician to join its award‑winning multifamily property team. You will be responsible for keeping properties safe, functional, and attractive while delivering high‑quality service to residents.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.
• Diagnose and repair minor to moderate issues, including appliance, roofing, and pool maintenance when applicable.
• Respond to on‑call service requests during nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ensure safety concerns are addressed immediately and report any hazards.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager to schedule work and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a multifamily setting.
• Strong time‑management, organizational, and detail‑oriented work habits.
• Self‑motivated, able to take initiative and work independently.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including on‑call shifts.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.

Required skills

• HVAC troubleshooting and repair.
• Carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Roofing repair and pool maintenance (if applicable).
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant recycling certification.
• CPO certification (preferred).
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws, OSHA, and EPA regulations.
