Marketing Assistant – Lead Generation & Webinar Coordination

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant to support our business development initiatives. You will help generate qualified leads, manage outreach campaigns, and coordinate monthly webinars to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire and clean up the prospect database.
• Develop a Dream 100 prospect list.
• Manage the cold outreach system.
• Configure and manage landing pages and follow‑up campaigns.
• Syndicate content across various social media platforms.
• Conduct direct outreach to prospects via social media and email.
• Set up and manage monthly webinar promotions.
• Aim to schedule at least 15 qualified strategy sessions per month.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1‑2 years of experience in marketing or sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑starter able to work independently.
• Detail‑oriented and organized.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM software, preferably HighLevel.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
