Production Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Production Assistant to support our project teams in managing budgets, vendor relations and logistics. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating across departments and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Track project budgets and expenses in collaboration with finance and other departments.
• Work with vendors to negotiate cost‑effective solutions.
• Arrange travel logistics for team members attending events, in partnership with relevant departments.
• Monitor costs, identify savings opportunities and support cost‑control initiatives.
• Maintain organized project documentation and administrative records.
• Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines or outcomes.
• Ensure operational logistics run smoothly and provide onboarding support for new staff.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a back‑office, administrative or assistant role.
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Awareness of legal and compliance considerations.
• Passion for the gaming industry.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets).
