Production Assistant

About the role

The Production Assistant will support cross‑functional teams to keep projects on budget and on schedule. This role combines administrative, logistical and risk‑management tasks to ensure smooth operations, especially for events and vendor interactions. A passion for the gaming industry is a plus.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with various departments to track project budgets and expenses.
• Work closely with vendors to secure cost‑effective solutions.
• Arrange travel logistics for team members attending events.
• Monitor costs, identify savings opportunities, and maintain organized project documentation.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks that could affect timelines or outcomes.
• Support onboarding processes and ensure day‑to‑day operational logistics run smoothly.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a back‑office, administrative or assistant role.
• Strong multitasking ability and excellent written English communication.
• Awareness of legal and compliance considerations.
• Enthusiasm for the gaming sector.

Required skills

• Mastery of spreadsheet tools.
