RWA Trading Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an experienced RWA Trading Analyst to join our remote team. The role combines market research, trading signal generation, and community engagement across Web3, cryptocurrency, gold, crude oil, forex, and global equities.

Key responsibilities

• Produce daily market analysis, trading strategies, and actionable signals.
• Interpret macro‑economic events and assess their impact on multiple asset classes.
• Host live streams, webinars, and community trading discussions.
• Clearly present trading ideas, including entry ranges, stop‑loss levels, and profit targets.
• Engage with community members to expand the company’s trading audience.
• Create professional content for social media and private trading communities.
• Collaborate with operations and business‑development teams to drive user acquisition, activation, and trading volume.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a trader, market analyst, or trading educator.
• In‑depth knowledge of Web3, cryptocurrency, gold, crude oil, forex, and equities.
• Strong technical and fundamental analysis capabilities.
• Established personal brand or active social‑media presence, with experience in live streaming or on‑camera presentations.
• Proven personal trading track record or published analysis (a plus).
• Fluent English; additional languages are an asset.
• Reliable, self‑disciplined and comfortable working remotely.
