Sales and Marketing Specialist

About the role

BlueCrest University is seeking a full‑time Sales and Marketing Specialist to promote its academic programmes and drive student recruitment. The position is based on‑site in Monrovia and involves direct interaction with prospective students, partners and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to raise awareness of programmes.
• Engage prospective students through outreach, presentations and inquiry handling.
• Manage the recruitment pipeline, track enrollment targets and report performance metrics.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to organise events and training sessions.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders and support overall customer‑service efforts.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Experience in sales, sales management and recruitment within education or service‑oriented sectors.
• Background in delivering presentations, workshops or informational sessions.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM or student information systems.
