Security Engineer Annotator

About the role

We are seeking a Security Engineer Annotator to work on cybersecurity datasets that train AI models. The role combines security expertise with data annotation, ensuring that AI‑generated recommendations are accurate, safe, and aligned with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Annotate cybersecurity datasets and threat‑scenario records.
• Evaluate secure coding practices and perform vulnerability assessments on code samples and architectural designs.
• Label data related to penetration testing, risk analysis, authentication, encryption, and access‑control implementations.
• Review AI‑generated responses to security threats and provide structured feedback.
• Ensure all annotations follow recognized security standards and frameworks.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or security engineering.
• Strong understanding of secure software development principles.
• Knowledge of network security, cryptography, and vulnerability management.
• Familiarity with OWASP top‑10 vulnerabilities and common penetration‑testing tools.
• Understanding of compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, and Zero‑Trust Architecture.
• Preferred certifications: CISSP, CEH, CCSP.
