Senior QA Manual Engineer

About the role

Social Discovery Group is seeking a Senior QA Manual Engineer to ensure the quality of its web applications and internal products. You will work remotely with a global team, testing complex marketing landing pages and multi‑channel communication solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform manual functional and integration testing of web applications and internal tools.
• Test marketing landing pages with complex business logic and third‑party integrations.
• Validate multi‑channel customer communication products across email, web‑push, app‑push, SMS and in‑app channels.
• Verify integrations with internal services and external systems.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases and related documentation.
• Detect, document, reproduce and track defects using Jira.
• Analyze logs, troubleshoot issues and support incident investigations together with development teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in manual functional and integration testing of web applications.
• Understanding of frontend and backend testing principles.
• Experience testing marketing landing pages and multi‑channel communication products.
• Good grasp of HTTP methods, request/response structures and status codes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Russian and English.
