Social Media Storyteller for Personal Brand & SaaS

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Social Media Storyteller to own and grow both the Pineway brand and the founder’s personal brand across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. You will turn ideas into compelling carousels, stories and short‑form videos that capture attention, evoke emotion and drive conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, write and design social media content (carousels, stories, reels) that reflects the founder’s voice and the Pineway brand.
• Take rough concepts from the founder, expand them into polished posts and schedule them without needing detailed direction.
• Research successful examples, adapt them to our audience and iterate in up to three rounds.
• Translate product features or coach pain points into relatable stories that motivate users.
• Monitor performance metrics, report insights and continuously optimise content strategy.

Required profile

• Deep enthusiasm for social media and a natural storytelling mindset.
• Experience managing personal or SaaS brand accounts, understanding the difference from meme pages.
• Strong sense of what makes content both engaging and revenue‑driving.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to work independently without micromanagement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn content formats.
