About the role

The Social Media Manager will lead the creation and distribution of meme‑driven, viral content for a global Web3 community. You will shape the brand’s online personality, engage users across multiple platforms, and ensure all output aligns with compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create trending crypto memes, short videos, graphics and community posts that reflect real‑time market trends and internet culture.
• Build and maintain a recognizable community IP style on Twitter/X, Telegram, TikTok and other overseas platforms.
• Organise casual community interactions, meme challenges and daily activities to boost organic growth and keep the atmosphere youthful.
• Track crypto market hotspots, viral formats and Web3 slang, continuously iterating content style and copy.
• Leverage AI tools for meme generation, image editing and batch content production, while performing manual reviews for brand consistency.
• Ensure all content is objective, positive and compliant, avoiding profit promises or misleading investment advice.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of crypto meme culture, Web3 trends and overseas social hotspots.
• Strong passion for social media operation, content creation and community growth with the ability to sustain daily output.
• Active, outgoing personality with excellent interaction skills for a global audience.
• Willingness to learn AI creation tools and social‑operation platforms.
