3rd Mate (LPG Vessel) – 3-Month Contract

About the role

Our client is looking for a qualified 3rd Mate to join a brand‑new LPG vessel. The position is a short‑term assignment of approximately three months, starting in late September or early October.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as 3rd Officer on a dual‑fuel LPG vessel, supporting navigation and watch‑keeping duties.
• Assist with semi‑refrigerated and refrigerated cargo operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations on board.

Required profile

• Valid STCW certificates.
• Valid medical certificate.
• Experience with semi‑refrigerated or refrigerated cargoes.
• Good command of English.
• Possession of a USA visa.

What we offer
