Assistant Manager, Strategic Management

About the role

The Assistant Manager, Strategic Management supports GEFA's growth by ensuring regulatory compliance, strengthening risk management, and driving digital processes. This role balances business expansion with operational excellence and sustainable governance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the governance and continuous improvement of the Licensing System (IPS) to ensure scalability, resilience and compliance.
• Serve as the control point for CIS and SSD licensing operations, managing timely submissions and approvals.
• Oversee representative updates and cessations on MASNET, guaranteeing accuracy and MAS compliance.
• Champion representative competency by designing scalable training frameworks and learning pathways.
• Lead end‑to‑end onboarding for representatives, coordinating system readiness and digital platform enablement.
• Drive automation, digitalisation and process‑improvement initiatives to boost productivity and operational resilience.
• Develop scalable operating models, governance practices and standardised processes for long‑term business sustainability.

Required profile

• Proven experience in licensing, regulatory governance and risk management.
• Strong background in training governance, competency development and onboarding processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead digital transformation and process‑innovation projects.
• Experience developing scalable operating models and governance frameworks.

Required skills

• Familiarity with IPS (Licensing System), CIS, SSD and MASNET platforms.
