Backend Developer

About the role

System Integration is seeking a Backend Developer to join its hybrid team. You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain high‑quality backend services that meet business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop quality software in an agile environment to serve client needs.
• Analyze, design, and maintain existing applications.
• Identify and fix programming bugs.
• Produce clear documentation for all software components.
• Collaborate with UI designers and usability engineers.
• Implement, test, and deploy backend systems.
• Support continuous integration and deployment pipelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, self‑motivated and result‑oriented.

Required skills

• REST and JSON technologies.
• .NET Core for backend services.
• Database scripting, preferably PL/SQL.
• Object‑oriented programming principles.
• Docker containerisation (preferred).
• Multithreading programming (preferred).
• Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Azure DevOps for CI/CD.
