Country Representative – Business Development (Liberia)

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Liberia focuses on driving business development for Vaidam, a medical travel assistant company that connects international patients with doctors and hospitals.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce top decision‑makers and market services of Vaidam to prospective partners.
• Expand the offline network for Vaidam in Liberia, meeting referring partners such as doctors, hospitals, dialysis centres and physiotherapists.
• Assist with organising on‑ground activities in Liberia (medical OPD camps, CME, surgical camps, networking dinners, etc.).
• Generate revenue by raising awareness of Vaidam’s services and, when required, travel to neighbouring countries to expand the network.
• Maintain cordial relations with hospitals, doctors and various departments to ensure smooth patient care.
• Assist patients seeking treatment abroad.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of experience in the healthcare, hospital or tourism sector.
• Graduate or postgraduate education in healthcare, hospital or medical fields (or related business administration).
• Good understanding of hospital operations.
• Ability to work independently and within small teams.
• Flexibility to travel within Liberia and occasionally to neighbouring countries.
• Fluency in English or any locally spoken language.
