Curbside Part Time Team Member

About the role

Join Meijer’s curbside team and help customers enjoy fast, friendly, and accurate order pickup. This part‑time position focuses on fulfilling online curbside orders, handling payments, and ensuring a clean, safe staging area.

Key responsibilities

• Receive daily order workflow from the dashboard and pick items throughout the store.
• Bag products according to Meijer’s bagging standards and food‑safety guidelines.
• Greet customers at the curbside lane, collect payment, and provide a smooth checkout experience.
• Address customer questions in person or by phone and resolve issues promptly, escalating to leadership when needed.
• Maintain a tidy, organized work environment and follow all safety procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a Meijer store or similar retail environment preferred.
• Previous cashier or cash‑handling experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Attention to detail, organized, and comfortable following standard procedures.
