Executive Search Partner

About the role

Social Discovery Group (SDG) is seeking an Executive Search Partner to lead end‑to‑end executive talent acquisition for senior and C‑suite positions across its global portfolio of social discovery products.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute full‑cycle executive searches, from brief to offer closure.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and market maps for core functions and products.
• Source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, events and targeted outreach.
• Manage interview processes, scorecards and candidate communication.
• Negotiate offers, conduct compensation benchmarking and reference checks.
• Track recruiting KPIs, partner with People Analytics and improve candidate experience.
• Coach hiring managers on best practices and diversity‑aware sourcing.
• Maintain candidate data hygiene in the ATS and ensure GDPR/compliance adherence.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of hands‑on executive search experience (in‑house or retained firm).
• Proven track record closing Director, VP or C‑suite roles.
• Experience recruiting for technology companies (SaaS, FinTech, Marketplace) or high‑risk sectors such as gambling, dating or gaming.
• Recruiting experience across EMEA with knowledge of the CIS technology landscape.
