About the role
Social Discovery Group is seeking an experienced Executive Search Partner to lead end‑to‑end executive searches for senior and C‑suite positions across its global portfolio of social discovery products. This fully remote role offers the chance to shape talent pipelines for a fast‑growing, internationally distributed team.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute hands‑on executive searches from brief to offer closure for Director, VP and C‑suite roles.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines, market maps, and candidate relationship strategies for core functions.
- Source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, events and targeted outreach.
- Manage interview scheduling, structured interview scorecards, and hiring manager communication.
- Negotiate offers, conduct compensation benchmarking and reference checks.
- Track recruiting KPIs, report metrics and collaborate with People Analytics on quality‑of‑hire.
- Coach hiring managers on best practices and diversity‑aware sourcing.
- Ensure ATS data hygiene and compliance with GDPR and local regulations.
Required profile
- 5–7 years of progressive executive search experience (in‑house or retained search firm).
- Proven track record closing mid‑senior to executive level positions.
- Experience recruiting for technology companies (SaaS, FinTech, consumer tech) or high‑risk sectors such as gambling, dating or gaming.
- Familiarity with EMEA recruiting and the CIS technology landscape.
