Expert Tool Maker – Mold Maintenance & Spare Parts

About the role

The Expert Tool Maker is responsible for delivering high‑quality support for injection molds, including the manufacture of spare parts, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs. You will work in a workshop environment to ensure molds operate efficiently and meet client quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manufacture spare parts for molds using specialized tools and machinery.
• Perform preventive maintenance on injection molds to avoid downtime.
• Execute minor corrective maintenance and adjustments on molds.
• Dimension mold components and verify specifications.
• Report, document, and correct any anomalies found in molds or equipment.
• Maintain workshop goals by delivering parts on time and within specifications.
• Handle and calibrate measuring equipment according to internal procedures.
• Manage spare‑part inventory, including registrations and cancellations.

Required profile

• Technical education (minimum technician level).
• At least 3 years of experience in mold maintenance or tool making.
• Basic to intermediate English proficiency.
• Valid passport and up‑to‑date visa.
